Idea for Siege skill line

Just thinking that a siege skill line would be a nice addition. Passives could include:

- the ability to deploy more than 1 siege engine (yes I realise we can do that now, this would mean you'd need the skill and that would determine your limit);
- longer range on siege weapons;
- the ability to heavy attack with a siege, slowing your rate of fire for increased damage;
- the ability to STOP OTHER PEOPLE USING YOUR SIEGE;
- increased movement speed of rams;

Just an idea, what does everyone think?

I'd call such a skill line "Sapper" or "Pioneer" if it would be introduced.

I like your idea. The only thing that has really made me snippy in Cyrodiil was a low level hopping on my expensive siege while I was running between two of them.

I want an "engineer" class. Is that too much to ask? I'd love to have more "mechanical" control. Including sieges yes, but imagine taking these skills out side of keep capturing to apply to other things like Battlegrounds or even... pve?

Cool thanks guys, it seems odd to me that most things can be improved by skills (riding, hitting stuff, regen etc) but everyone can use siege at exactly the same level. I was surprised to see nothing linked to siege engines in the pvp skill lines when I unlocked those. Make it so @ZOS!

Need a skill line to use ground oils again . That was AP farming bliss awhile back .

This. Good grief yes!
I know lots of ppl say its stupid to complain about but sincerely, this is how i feel about it... you don't run my siege like I run my siege, I'm better at my siege than you are!

Its really my biggest peeve in pvp, I'm running between 2 ballista and someone gettin on my stuff messes up my momentum. And they aim it wrong and the hit the wrong *** and damnit why cant you just buy your own siege stop hoarding your ap and spending mine! Or god forbid I have to get off my siege for .0001 seconds to heal, cause ya know I'm not an idiot like this guy is, refusing to heal himself while hes on one and bam, I've lost my siege to another idiot who wont get off even if I ask politely.

Sorry, that makes me rant. lol! I do like the idea of a skill line, that would be kinda cool.

I`ve never understood why ppl rage when someone use their siegeweapons. If the purpose is to either defend/attack a keep does it really matter if someone else is using your siege??

Because they usually shoot the wrong wall, hit the door which doesnt take dmg or try to hit players?
