[XBox1] Help! Can't weapon swap all of a sudden!!

What a terrible bug. Has anyone seen this before or know a workaround? I went into Cyrodiil this morning and something glitched on me. I can't swap bars and the "weapon swap" option in my Skills menu is disabled. This is only on one toon. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

    Make sure you didn't accidentally unequip your second weapon.

    Happens to all of us in the heat of battle you go to charge the weapon or some thing and press the wrong button.
