Abah's Landing in my opinion is the best location in the game. I am not a fan of desert areas and cities, however layout and size of this city is really amazing and gives true filling of true city. It vertical design is amazing. Going trough shelves and sky passages. Zenimax please remember this city when you create new ones

Idk Anvil was my favourite city from Oblivion and I was so glad to see it return. There really was a strong sense of nostalgia re-exploring it in ESO.And so, Akatosh revealed himself to a young Gaben, and granted him purpose.
"Grant them Steam sales," he commanded.
