FTC Addon, Default ESO target frame and Prefer User ID options - bug or am I just being stupid?

Hey!
So I've been struggling with this for a while now. It has worked before Morrowind, but now it just looks like it's bugged.
I am, of course, talking about the 'Default ESO target frame' option from FTC, which gets turned off with the addon but gives you the option to turn it back on. Up until morrowind, the target showed an @ name at the top, and the character name at the bottom. Today, it shows the character name both at the top and at the bottom, even though I have the 'Prefer User ID' option turned on in the game menu. Here are some screenshots to better explain where the problem lies:
As you can see, the target frame right under the compass (top middle) shows the character name both top and bottom.
And here are my settings, in case anyone wonders:
Is there anything I am missing here? Any help is welcome!

✭✭✭✭✭The best place to look for the answer is probably the specific thread for the current version of this add-on located at ESOUI since the author and others probably look there often. The author may even get notifications when someone posts a comment. The second best place would be the add-on section in this forum since it will not fall off the page as fast.
It may be you are using an old version since. Here is a link to the current version. The link may update the add-on or replace it. Read the comments on the page to determine that. http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1611-FoundryTacticalCombatFTC-HotR.html
Often with older add-ons, when a new author takes over they make a new entry at ESOUI for the entire add-on or for a patch that corrects the old one. That means merely updating via Minion would not grab the update in those cases.Edited by idk on July 29, 2017 1:11PM1 -

Well, with outdated addons you never know if they will continue working with new patches.
I also used to have FTC, but at some point I was forced to switch due to technical issues. I agree that its kinda awkward, but the addons I linked have plenty of customization options, so you can make them look like FTC.Dro-m'Athra Destroyer | Divayth Fyr's Coadjutor | Voice of Reason
