Question about upgrading to Morrowind

My brother wants to get into ESO again and wants to upgrade to Morrowind. He has the base game. Now when he goes to "BUY NOW" option in the store, and he selects pc/mac for the "ESO: MORROWIND UPGRADE", and he clicks on ESO STORE, everytime he gets a message that "We're sorry, the page you're looking for can not be found." So he cannot get the upgrade for 40,- I tested it too and get the same message.
Is it now only possible to get the digital collecters edition upgrade? Because that does work. But its way more expensive. Hope anyone can shed some light on how to get the standard ESO morrowind upgrade. Thanks.

I'm not sure, but that may impact where you purchase stuff.

✭✭✭✭✭I expect it is best to try Zos Customer support or maybe even google it (in case someone had a similar experience). You are more likely to get guesses from us since most of us, if not all, have not had that specific experience.
Of course, make sure you are logged into the ESO website. Sounds simple but I think the store can be accessed when not logged in. Just a guess.
Six does have a point wroth considering since if the account is linked to steam then one probably needs to buy an upgrade compatible with Steam.Edited by idk on July 29, 2017 12:49PM0
