DW sorcerer now and in HotR DLC: your thoughts

I was a big fan of DW sorc before TW nerf. Now I tested my old nirn DW swords with necro+ lich and feel myself much tanky and effective then in common sorc meta.
I think it because using Necro, but newertheless damage from DW nirn is awesome. And it will be buffed nearle twice soon (10% ==> 15% and sharp amount nerf)
I even dont spam shields as mad (BG only) O.o

its just my expirience and I wanna test it more
but what do u think about fate of DW sorc meta in future? Will ZoS "make it grreat again"?

Nope.

Much as I love DW, every patch they make staff better and DW worse for magsorc. This one is no exception.

I don't like the passives from staff att all. My 2 magicka based characters both use DW swords. Staff seems like a good back bar option though, but i don't like it as my main bar.

I main a DW mag sorc and it still wrecks. I don't use a crafted set tho, but does nirn really increase your spell damage? I thought it only increased the damage of the weapons.

Its a % increase to the spell and weapon DMG you get from weapons. So doesn't increase any spelldmg you have from glyphs, set bonuses etc.

DW has taken Nerf after nerf, or staves have gotten better. I still persevere but only as I'm stubborn, I love the DW style and 5-5-2 setup.

And as bar swap is so damn u reliable at least you don't confuse your big sticks / wands /

So If the chmages help I'm.all for it.

seems with Oblivion+infused up CrushShock spammers would be really trend. Its good for sorc, but not for DW
