PAYING CUSTOMER CANNOT LOG IN!

So not only can I NOT log in to play the game that I'm PAYING for, but I can't even log in to support because ESO decides to do these idiotic "ACCESS CODE REQUIRED" tricks where they send you an email (EVENTUALLY) so you can past in the little code so you can prove that you are you.

Every time I try and log in, I get an ERROR 108 code saying the log in failed. I know that there were login issues for people a few days ago, but I thought they were resolved. Any thoughts?
