Proposed New Tooltip
"Launch a multitude of arrows into the sky to rain down, dealing [x] Physical Damage to enemies in the target area every 0.5 seconds for 8 seconds. Enemies are afflicted with Minor Lifesteal, healing you and your allies for [x] health every 1 second when damaging them."
The idea is to remove the current bonus of increased range and radius, and instead add a heal component to the skill that would give a little nudge to stamina healers, and the option for a bit more survival, as well, for all builds. Thoughts?
