Are Resource Poisons Additive or Multiplicative with Cost Reduction?

Concern: If it is multiplicative, stamina weapon skill passives will reduce the effectiveness of the poison.

1 * .85 * 1.3 = 1.105 (Lower Cost)
vs
1 * ( 1 - (0.15 - .3)) = 1.15 (Higher Cost)

Such that all stamina weapons will have innate cost Increase resistance.

    Bumping because I don't understand elvish but when a translator comes along this might be useful info.
    Yes, I do heartily repent. I repent I had not done more mischief; and that we did not cut the throats of them that took us, and I am extremely sorry that you aren't hanged as well as we.

    The formula we use on our build editor is:
    Cost = (Base + Item)*(Skill + Set + Buff + 1)

    Where I would assume the poison is considered a Buff effect. Note that we haven't verified this formula in a few updates and have never tested the poison effects specifically. If anyone tests and finds something different let us know!
