Just got ESO on pc

I have ESO on Xbox one. Do I need to create a second account for the PC version or can I have both versions under the same account?
I've also looked under account and I don't see where I'm supposed to enter my CD key.
Also would ESO plus count on both the Xbox and PC or are they separate?

Balibe✭✭✭✭There is no way currently in place to transfer accounts from one platform or another. Not sure how the accounts work, you may be able to use the same account but you will need to create a new character .....
Also all crown store purchases, etc will not move to another server even if it is the same account .....0 -
