    Consider checking the link... it takes me to a login screen.

    You might want to give people a bit more information about what the build is for, with ice staff/resto I assume it's a pvp build rather than a pve healer/dps/tank.
    #1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

    What.. are you trying to go with? Damage or healing? And group content or solo? Because if you have tri focus and you heavy attack with a frost staff.. you will taunt and that causes major issues in group content.

    Im going to assume IF you are doing group content you are healing, because you are losing dps if your going to waste a whole bar on resto staff.

    ^ are you gonna be healer or dps? please be more specific. Would also recommend getting the blue betty and necropotence. That will help a lot

    Thanks, also thinking of Vampire's Kiss as well

    I run this on one of my novelty characters (Breton StamSorc vampire wearing heavy armor, don't ask) but I haven't heard anything about it being useful for serious content. Sometimes defying the meta is fun though. :)

    This is just my opinion, but if it was me I wouldnt use a build like that. It's offensive capability is very limited, and the way you're restoration bar is set up you'll burn your magicka up by the time you're team needs it most.

    For what it's worth, my vamp warden (argonian) is using 5 necropotence, 5 kagrenac's hope, and a kena shoulder. 5L/1H/1M config, with frost staff main bar and sword/board on 2nd bar. 3-stat enchants on everything. This is mostly for PvP. Advantages are, you can block using either magicka or stamina, restore both resources with heavy attacks, have a decent mag pool(42k frontbar with betty), and rez fast. Almost 30K HP with the 10% HP buff passive as well.

    Skills are front: bird, frost clench, ice shield, trellis, betty, n.storm; back: flies, shalk, mist, harness, ice fort, forest.
