    I don't think so, but without having the maps next to one another I can't be sure.

    I mean I am EP (Dark Elf) so is that like Russia or Asia? I am from the UK so that would be maybe around Glenumbra area?

    I'm from Norway and I have 7/8 chars in the Ebonheart Pact. I do find Eastmarch and The Rift to be quite simular to Norway, so I guess it fits?

    I'm from Ireland, we only have leprechauns and banshees - not sure they're in the game. :p

    (Though they are in Camelot Unchained.)

    Yes. Please explain.

    I'm American, and my faction is DC. DC is the "northwest" portion of the Tamriel map. The earth is a globe, so depending on the type of map, North America may be "northwest", or "northeast", or "north central", depending on where you consider "the middle" to be. Technically "the middle" would be the earth's core, which only confuses matters even more. I can't vote on this unless you provide a point of reference, and even then, the answer would be completely subjective.

    I mean, I guess if you're basing this on the common interpretations that western Europe and the Americas are "the west", and Asia is "the east", then yes, DC would be geographically closest to North America. But again... that is a completely subjective interpretation.

    Sorry for getting so technical, but your poll really needs more information before I can accurately answer.

    @Nermy I just Googled banshee as I never realised they were Irish myth. Seen them in so many games but didn't know the origin TIL!

    This makes no sense at all. High rock would be Alaska...Mournhold would be like Southern Siberia / Mongolia..
    AD territory would be like... southern Argentina / Chile...possibly with easter island being one of the summerset Isles. Could not have captured some of the most isolated parts of the world with this poll.

    Are you saying that the USA is a fictional, imaginary world? It does sometimes seem that way... but I'm fairly certain that it's real.     We can't really tell since we only have the map of Tamriel, and that's just one continent on Nirn (and comparing a world to a continent would just be silly).. ;) To compare Nirn and Earth we'd need both maps, and other than the fan-creations and interpretations that are out there.. we don't have a map of Nirn, unfortunately.
