kicked off server/trouble connecting

any help keep getting dropped from server with in 5 min of logging in also cant connect to ESO account page checked my modem and have restarted my computer multiple times?

Exact same issue here. I thought I was losing my marbles when I specifically couldn't connect to the Account section of ESO's website and no one else was posting anything about it.

Most of my disconnects seem to be linked either to Cyrodiil or loading screens. Can't comment on Battlegrounds; after four attempts and being kicked while loading in each time, I don't know what it's like in there. Also, the ESO launcher is completely broken for me, on both of my computers.

The worst of it all is for some reason all of my keybindings are reset every time I log in, regardless of whether it was a crash or an intentional logout. So every time I disconnect, I have to reassign them all over again. After a half dozen times or so I began just reassigning my Weapon Swap key and dealing with the rest in default layout.

All of this just since this morning! Last night everything was running silky smooth. Yikes.

I'm having something similar. I can log into the character select, yet any character I choose I get "an error has occurred" and it dumps me to login. Sometimes then I have to wait some minutes to log in as "your account is already logged in".

I don't think it is related to the patch or add-ons as I played yesterday after the patch.

/e: Well I updated a few add-ons and am able to log in. Not sure if it just because it is later, or add-on related. Normally I'd expect the add-on to trouble immediately after a patch if it were so.

My friend @SmokesWithDovas is having this issue. It persists even when all addons are turned off. He has gotten no repose on his ticket to zos. Anyone have any luck fixing this?

SmokesWithDovas - "I've disabled all my addons and currently I've had the same problem since yesterday, I am able to connect to the game and log in, but after about a minute or two I will get disconnected to login screen without an error message. Also when I am in the game, trying to look at cyrodil results in a blank screen that attempts to load, even using the map to try to look into cryodil wont load how it looks at the moment. Has anyone found any other fixes or has zenimax made a post reguarding this issue?"
