When they add Acrobatics into the game and I can jump 15 feet into the air like it ain't no thang then they can make jumping cost stamina.

I mean, I'd love to see this, and give Bosmer an edge on this XD

i say heck NO! jumps are too puny and jump like sissies. we need better jumps, man i feel bad for folks playing bosmers they are little wee folks that cant run on water, even shallow water forced them to swim while we are running, bosmers all avoid any water parts in PVP.

i know 2 songs so far, from the 80's, Van Halen's "Jump" and Pointer Sisters' "Jump for life"

If it gives a tactical advantage like roll dodging then I would say yes - add a stamina cost.

But I dont see any tactical advantage in jumping other than bringing attention to yourself to be killed.

Please add the cost for jumps. These jumping players really annoy!

Heck NO!!!! Stamina abilities cost enough as it is. If jumping begins to cost stamina, then they need to seperate the where the cost of break free, roll dodge and jumping then come from, as they cannot come from the same stamina pool our abilities come from. That will just make magicka users that much more powerful and versatile.
Far too many characters to list any more.

I specifically target jumpers first, and since jumping doesn't really help them, all it does is get them killed quicker :expressionless:

Really? Stop asking for stupid useless crap that will be more of an annoyance than anything else. Who cares if some people jump a lot, maybe they're just excited to see you? LOL

What's next? Stamina cost for walking? Stamina cost for emotes? Stamina cost for setting up siege? So many unexplored ideas to make the game *** for everyone.

You forgot stamina for drinking a potion crafting and a gradually lost of stamina for standing in one spot to long cuz it makes legs tired.

Is there a reason to jump around. I always thought it was just people that can't sit still.

    Nerf the nerf requests!

Seriously, players are the ones running this game into the ground with all these demands/requests. Learn to strategize and up your defenses. You can gap close or cc those bunny rabbits hopping around, problem solved.

I don't really understand why some people are against a small stamina cost (like for example no stam regen). Its not that one has to jump all the time.

Maybe because the actual gamepay has a lot of limitations already?

I'm surprised that some people are so intolerant that they want jumping to cost stamina.

Yup my life in big pvp battles on an oceanic xbox connection is bar failing to swap followed by an accidental gap close behind enemy lines. Then its all jumpy jumpy with block up the whole time with roll dodge refusing to kick in

I could see break free being magicka, as a sort of focus of mental will rather than physical.

And the most prevalent time I see bunny hopping is when someone is running for their lives with 4 or 5 opponents chasing them and giving them a beat down, or should I say hopping for their lives. They are not showing leet skills, they are trying not to die.

You know, I might consider supporting this idea... so long as magicka users face the same penalty for jumping, dodge rolling, sprinting, pretty much anything else non-combat related that drains stamina. Only for fairness of course. But I don't support it....

Ah, another ridiculous request that can be added to the trash heap. Next, these idiots will be asking for your character to be charged rent DAILY for your housing. Failure to pay rent EACH DAY causes you to be immediately evicted and items inside your home are lost forever, lmfao.

    We can go further:
    - Horses require daily feeding, even offline, or they die and you have to train a new horse over again. Kill too many horses, and the stablemaster will blacklist you from her services.
    - Weather exposure and disease can permanently mar your character's stats if you don't seek shelter when you log off.
    - Undaunted keys have chance to occasionally not fit in the lock and be wasted.
    - Armor and robes now have clothing sizes as stats. Characters cannot fit into the wrong size (based on gut size and height) outfit and it fails to equip.

I have all kinds of horrible ideas, lol.

    NO

If you stuck somewhere into the rocks...
How you ppl get ideas like this ????
    Groupfinder:
The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

    Rulz of Morrowind:
    • The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
    • Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
    • Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
    • Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
    • Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
    • And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.

If your character doesn't eat at least once a day, they become weak, suffering penalties to health, stamina and magicka. After three days, they become malnourished, suffering further penalties to health, stamina and magicka, in addition to stat penalties. If you don't log on and feed your character for 3 weeks, your character dies. Permanently.

I'm also good at coming up with horrible ideas. :)

Khajiit and Argonian racial armor should have tail holes, that would make especially argonian robes and pants to look a bit weird on non Argonians.

Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Actually, since Argonians and Khajiit have to tear a hole in their clothes in order to wear them. Because of this, the torn clothes, even if it's just a hole, would harm the enchantments on the gear by a small percentage, lol. Let's troll the poor lizards and cats!

I actually jump at times to give me am advantage in PvP  Nerf jump!

If I jump in the air I can retain the movment speed I had while running and charge a heavy attack while airborne. This is really key for me as I move allot in PvP.

Also, I use a bow in PvP so I get the bonus movement speed after rolling. If I time this correctly I can roll, then sprint away, then just when my 2 secconds are up I can jump in the air, look behind me while retaining my momentum, direction and speed (even if I'm airborne when the buff goes away) and then roll again as soon as I hit the ground and repeat. This allows me to move almost as fast as a boltting sorc and is much cheaper!

When using magnum shot, jumping in the air allows me to knock my own tune further back as I am starting from a higher vantage point, follow this with a crit rush!

And finnaly, if you jump while moving and an opponent uses a gap closer (crit rush for example) you do not suffer that pesky immobilize that all target based gap closers currently give to their targets.

You are right however, I jump out of necessity and how it can help my play, not because game physics allow me to jump my toons hieght with no effort.
