I can log into the forums, just find. I can log into my account information, just fine. But whenever I am in either and click
on support it tells me I am logging in from a new computer/browser (which I am not btw) and they are sending me a code
to enter for my "safety". Yet I never receive the code.
I have followed all of the suggestions, clearing caches, restarted machine and program or browser, try using different browsers,
turning off firewalls, virus-protections, pop-up blockers, etc and I get no code. And of course I can't submit a ticket or get info
from support, because I need the code to access support.
So how can I, as a subscriber, actually get some support?
