Next Stamblade Set?

Cloudy_Vapes
Hey I've been reading some patch notes and was wondering what you guys would recommend for the next "good" set to run in pvp , as now everyone running viper Selene. I'm looking for decent set that's not relying on procs for all the damage. Any thoughts will be appreciated!

Basically asking now so I can start farming whatever set I would need, or get crafted, so I'm ready for next patch

    Clever Alchemist.
    Spriggans?

    i use strenght of automation but my build is werid and avoids poison and disease damage that is commonly in Stamblade builds.

    I have heard Archer's Mind is good (and soooo cheap). Senche's Bite is interesting, another big Weapon Damage buff.

    There is plenty of defensive options that give big stamina pools or defensive passives or are heavy armor.

    I´m using the same setup for all my stamina characters in PvP (Stamplar, stamblade, stamsorc):

    * 5 Bone Pirate (All body. 3 Impenetrabla, 2 Well-fittted)
    * 3 Agility (Robust with weapondamage enchant)
    * Sharpened Maelstrom 2-hander on frontbar
    * Random Trait bow on backbar (Anything but training or prosp xD)
    * 2 Bloodspawn. I sometimes use 1 Bloodspawn and 1 Trollking (2% extra heal from the 1 piece trollking is noticable)

    On my stamplar I sit at 3,5k-3,6 weapondamage and 1,8-1,9k stamregen in no-cp. The setup above requires a decent amount of grind since no set is craftable. That´s what I use and I love it.

    The same thing is gonna be fine. Most kills take 2 to 3 seconds anyway. Just now you want an infused weapon to enchant with oblivion damage.

    I'm still on the fence if I want to enchant it with oblivion or weapon damage. I guess in the end oblivion will be more burst and that is more important at this point. Or, they don't fix the current bug and infused on one weapon effects both enchants hahaha.

    As far as now I'm only switching out one sharpened weapon for an infused one. I run 5 spriggans 5 bone pirate 2 Selene and use recovery drink. HP sit at just over 20k, stamina regen is 2500 without CA, magicka regent at 1400, weapon damage at 3.4 I think, 3.8 when enchant procs. 11kish magicka and a bit over 35k stamina. Damage and sustain is amazing. Even though the penetration from sprigggans doesn't work on shields I still do enough damage to get them down and when Selena's procs the shield goes bye bye and a well times IC right after destroys their unshielded light armor, usually only takes that and one SA to finish them when their shields are down. Plus there are more heavy armor and medium armor users than shield users so the benefit from spriggans shines and that won't change as the 5 pc bonus remains unchanged next patch. Plus bone pirates is (to me) the best sustain set because it's also a damage set.

    Well I've never used that viper Selene bs.

    Bone pirate, shacklebreaker, 1 veli. Then I use dubious drink with it. Few hajeikos on my armor.

    Bone Pirate + Hunding's Rage/Spriggan + vMA Greatsword + Master's bow
    Dubious food. Shadow Mundus or Lover or Serpent depending on what you're doing and your traits.
    Hunding's has 3 of its 4 boni buffed, so its a very strong option now.

    Thanks for the recommendations. Is there a set that doesn't require you to drink a potion to have an effect? I rather not keep remembering to drink a potion before every fight

    Dreugh King Slayer set from Fungal Grotto will give you permanent major brutality.

    * 2 Selene (shoulders/head Impenetrable)
    * 5 Hunding's Rage (4 body, 2h Mace. 2 Impenetrable, 2 Well-fittted and Nirnhoned with weapon damage enchant)
    * 5 Shadow Walker (1 body, 3 jewelry, 1 bow. impenetrable, robust with weapon damage enchant and infused with oblivion)

    Allready running this set-up through the PvP event, and it works very well for me.

    Shadow Walker is only good if you're using shade though. You can't just cloak and sit there for 2 seconds to get Stam back. You need to create distance.

    Sometimes you can't do that. Bone pirate with dubious is a much better method of sustaining imo.

    If I want to use a monster set, then say a sustain and damage set (for example bone pirate and hundings), does it make a huge difference to sustain/damage if I run:

    2hw/bow with hunding on 2hw and bone p on bow

    Vs

    Running dual wield/1hs etc to get both 5 piece bonuses.
