has NA/PC server crash been fixed?

When I tried to log in yesterday, 7/24/17 the NA/PC server was down and there was a red banner at the top of the forums saying it was under investigation. Today is 7/25/17 and I still can't log in. When I check the forums the red banner is gone, but there is nothing from ZOS that says the problem was fixed ... so I don't know what to do.

✭✭✭✭✭There still seem to be a few reports of problems but make sure you have rebooted your computer and modem/router.
I do think ZOS need to make a clear announcement about the situation including clarification of where the exact issue has been given that the NA servers have clearly been a problem for a lot of players these past few weeks. A player, I forget who, did indicate that there were major network outages reported in certain US states yesterday so it's possible the servers aren't wholly or even partly to blame but without a clear statement from ZOS as to what they've been fixing and how it's impossible to say. Just saying "we're on it" and "it's fixed" really doesn't cut it any more.6 -
