Is ESO Fun?

Yes and no. If I'm: Decorating, farming crafting materials, fishing, questing, and solo'ing? Yes. If I'm: Dungeon running, farming gear sets, PvP'ing, or trial running? No. Absolutely not. I have to take a break if I'm at 1 of those things for a hour or so, or else I become very bitter and negative.

I remember when Kurt Cobain was synonymous with Nirvana. But that was in the olden days when we had to walk 10 miles uphill through a blizzard to listen to music on shiny discs called CDs while wearing nothing but our grunge gear and a flannel shirt tied around our waists.

As for the topic, yes. I wouldn't play if it wasn't fun.

Sometimes i wonder if ESO is one big social project where they try to see how far they can manipulate ppl and *** ppl off before they leave the community. for real.

The fun still outweighs, although nerfs to CP and sustain and introducing HAs while decreasing combat pace was contra-productive concerning "fun". RNG and the need to change gear again because of ongoing patches and fixes is no fun either (lately the Path "fix" for NBs).

Cassettes, man! That's where it's at. Too bad I was born just after 8-track died out, though.

OT, I still find ESO fun, so I stick around.

I think eso is a lot of fun it's why I keep playing it. The bugs load screens and grinds or not but the game it's self is great when it works

Not as much as it used to be, but it's still fun.

It's just...bad managment, bugs and developer's incompetence that screw up things sometimes.

Thank you all for taking this poll. I feel as though it's good to ask yourself every so often when playing a game whether or not you're actually having fun. I hope whatever ya'll continue to do in your leisure time that it is both enjoyable and rewarding for you.

Of course it is. Why would you play a game that isn't fun?

Ok sure I don't spend every single moment in-game feeling like I'n having a great time and I love what I'm doing. Sometimes it's a bit dull (like when I'm deconstructing equipment) or frustrating, like when I get killed by a boss and have to start over, having wasted my ultimate.

But overall I enjoy playing it. Otherwise I wouldn't play it, I'd do something else that is fun.

Not my first pick but yeah , there's a lot of fun in this game. Breaks are recommended to stop it from getting stale. Sometimes still feels like a grindfest.

Yes. I have not played any other RPGs.
Usually ill play till a new RPG comes out, but this game is great !

I have to answer that both yes and no Para. Zeni has some truly terrible business practices that make me NOT want to keep giving them my money so that is definitely NOT fun. But then the world is beautiful and there is great roleplay to be had when you can find it. So that IS fun. I enjoy questing and solo content. So, fun there. I hate things I can't do solo and I really dislike the way PVP is in this game. So, NOT fun there. That the game itself is "broken" in a plethora of ways is NOT fun either. The lack of a decent auction system that is actually player friendly is also NOT fun. Decorating houses IS fun.

So, yeah, it's a really mixed bag.

Yes but there is better, more fun games out there and that's why I just cancelled my sub.
Whether or not it is fun when playing doesn't address the issue of prob's logging in, and also getting kicked.

I am looking at the 20% that do not find it fun, and wonder why they are still around.
