CP and resources at level 50

A couple of things I would like to put out there for consideration.

I like the fact that champion points are account wide, however, I would like to see them only apply to level 50 characters. PVE content is way to trivial with a level 10 character that has 630 champion points buffing it. I think this could help bring things in line with pre-50 characters and make the content more fun and challenging in general at that stage of a characters progression.

The other thing I would like to see is for the stats that are built into the resource pools all be applied at level 50, rather than 15% of them built into the early stages of cp, so that when you do battlegrounds or no cp PVP you don't lose 15% of your resource pools. I do play both cp and non cp PVP but have a hard time doing non cp and losing those resources. Maybe it's just me, but I find myself gravitating toward cp PVP because of it. I'm not sure if this would make things more or less balanced in non cp, and also it would somewhat counter point 1 in that it would be adding power back into pre-50 characters unless it was a big bump given right at 50.

Anyone have additional thoughts or high octane math skills that would help clarify this?

Thanks!!

Yeah, if you have CP on your account and want content to be more challenging on your lower level characters, simply don't allocate any CP to those characters. Saying they shouldn't be available for everyone in PvE is like saying that alcohol should be banned because you can't resist keeping your hands out of the liquor cabinet.

Most of the benefit of an alt is that you know how to play and that you would use an training set and good food.
CP is an bonus on top but far from the largest.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

If you do not want to apply CP to your lower level characters that is your choice. No big deal. But the game does not need to change to force it. Very easy to no allocate your CP.

As for the non-CP PvP, everyone loses the same amount of benefit CP provides. Being it hits everyone the same there is no reason to keep part of the CP benefit.

As pointed out above, experience is really the strongest plus when leveling an alt and follows into doing PvP.
