I did not get my missing crate either yet. Support asked me for patience and told me that im passed over to the "special team"
and now I got no reply for 6 days.

I also did not receive any crates, though I submitted a ticket. This ticket, 170717-002665, was marked solved regardless. I attempted to submit an additional ticket, but the page simply stalled every time I attempted to submit the report.

Once I finally managed to file a ticket, I was disappointed to receive an automated response, but shortly thereafter, I was informed that I was eligible for free crates and, as a compromise, 1200 Crowns had been added to my account to pay for them. Not quite getting free crates directly, but all's well that ends well.

ESO Plus Bonus Event: Still Missing two Crown Crates, [Incident: [170725-000792]

• 7/17 received three Crown Crates
• 7/25 and 7/26: still missing two Crown Crates. CSR replied to ticket, with same "canned response" repeating eligibility guidelines. Apparently CSRs do NOT read the Incident History. In my original in-game ticket I specified playing all FIVE days with active ESO+.

First reported on [Incident: 170718-002898], similar escalation, still unresolved.

2 hours, not 10 hours. It started at 10 am, and you had to be logged in at 12 am. So if you logged in anywhere in the 2 hours between 10 and 12 AM you missed a crate. Good find!

No, it's 10 hours, as it's 12am, then 1am, 2am, etc. Two hours after 10am is 12pm (not 12am).

So, the first day of eligibility did not start at 12am on the 5th, but rather at 10am on the 5th, so if you logged in at 1am or 9am on the 5th, you wouldn't be eligible for a crate that day - you had to log in after 10am on that first day.

I know this is an old issue but I gave them a full week to make sure (Reference Number 170718-000466). No fifth crown crate. It's really not a big deal, but I guess they were serious about the first day starting at 10 AM not 12 AM, despite the mixed messages.
