You're literally replicating the experience of running around to all the stores in a large region, hoping to find 'a steal'.
Forgive me if I don't find that to be compelling gameplay or a rave-worthy feature. If I wanted to clip coupons and run around to all the stores everywhere trying to find bargains, I'd spend a lot more of my time snooping through circulars and going garage saling/flea market browsing.
I did not subscribe to a Elder Scrolls MMO for the experience of being a flea market hound or spendthrift coupon maestro.
I will never find that game experience to be fun, compelling, engaging or worthy of anything short of mild contempt, which is precisely what is shown to me as a customer and my time as a human being in its design.Edited by Chadak on July 24, 2017 11:24PM3 -

I LOVE THE WAY GUILD TRADERS ARE IN THE GAME.
sure, having a global action house may be more convenient, but with the price of convenience there also come with it the negative effects that i would have, if there was a global action house would i have been able to buy 5 different alliance motifs for 10 gold each, pick up a stack or raw rubidite for 3 gold a pop? probably not! i make a killing in my trading guild by picking off these low priced items and then reselling them on a guild trader in a big city, i love the way it feels having to have your guild fight for a spot, and just traveling around to all the small traders in hopes that you can find a steal, or going through guild stores that don't have a trader to find that epicly priced item it just fun and exhilarating. It makes you feel like a master of the art of the deal when you pull this off. i just (personally) cant understand all the hate for the system. it makes you work, BIG DEAL! you put in the time, you come out with a metric-butt-ton of money, and who doesn't love money?

I have a SSD and it still takes too long. BTW, that doesn't apply to people on PS or Xbox, so what about them? It is a FLAWED system, admit it.
I don't know about xbox but you can certainly install ESO onto an SSD on PS4
I love how you think that its an appropriate solution - buying an expensive SSD (and yes, they are still expensive, we are looking at a bare minimum of $60 for 120 gigabites, which means you will ALSO need to get an external hardrive if you want to have other games installed on your system, so that's another $60 at least) just to be able to go through loading screens in a single game - slightly faster, while STILL dealing with all the flaws of the system which on consoles, there are NO addons to even slightly improve. (you know like proper search function, and having rough average pricing at a glance)
oh and even on pc, even the nicest, super reasonable, low requirement guilds - want your weekly active participation, and while they offer allowances for vacations or emergencies, you STILL cannot just decide that you just want to take a break from trading or just playing in generally or whatnot - without losing your spot, unless you log in at least once a week and buy those raffle tickets in place of minimum sales. I actualy really like the trading guilds I'm in, both of them. took some trial and error to find them, but I ended up among a bunch of lovely people. doesn't change the fact that the system is deeply DEEPLY flawed. abuse of shell guild bids needed to be eradicated. UI requires massive MASSIVE improvements. and something like suggested above - creating a centralized npc that allows you to search all the listings and either tells you where to go, or lets you buy on a spot for an added fee (essentially an in game version of TTC) - would go a LONG way to make the system less annoying.Edited by Linaleah on July 24, 2017 11:35PMdirty worthless casual.

Orjix✭✭✭✭You literally described everything wrong with the current system.... with no auction house, casual players can't sell items for their real prices and also it's a struggle to even find the items you are looking for. So there are some traders that earn millions a week, but people that don't want to waste all their time trading lose out

People have written up huge lists about how terrible the current guild trader system is, has nothing there struck you and made you stop to think "hey maybe some of this system isn't quite working, changes could be made here to make it better"?
