Can't retrieve Placed Furnishing Item

the daedric chandeller (small one) is bugged and I cannot retrieve the item once i place it.

    I have tried a long time to retrieve the daedric chandelier furnishing, but I have not been successful. I have OCD with regards to how and where furnishings are placed. Any help from a ZOS member would be appreciative.

    Have you tried used the retrieve option in the housing editor, rather than trying to click the item itself?

    When you are in the editor (like where you see what items you have that you can place) check out the icons on the top right of the window. Find the one for retrieving items, and stand near that chandelier. Find the chandelier, if you have more than one in your house - use the direction arrows it shows along with the distance to the item to ensure you are retrieving the correct one. Then I believe you just need to click on that item in the list (if not, hover over it and I'm sure it will tell you to keybind on the bottom of your screen). This will put the item in your inventory :)

    Not in game either, so instructions aren't perfect, but should give you the right direction to get your chandelier back. :)

    thanks alot it worked. I tinkered with housing late in order to buy the house I want so im not as attuned to it yet.

    No need to delete.. raname your thread title.. its a good reminder for other players about how housing works.
    Power level to CP160 in a week:
    Where is the end game? You just played it.
    Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

    Thanks.. I am highly curious about the flying desk.. but.. well.. thats another problem.
