Sneak speed broken(in my favor but broken non the less)

On one of my characters on Xbox One. My Khajit stamina Sorcerer I can sneak without a speed penalty despite not wearing a set that gives me that bonus, nor is it a vampire. Not sure how or why, and its only that character.

✭This has not changed, I race changed my character to Bosmer which again had no effect. I can say that the character has started the werewolf questline without finishing it and I believe that may be related to it as it is the only significant difference I can find between it and other characters.Legendary Archer of ValenwoodBosmer Dragon Knight Archer. ✭✭✭✭✭this is not a "bad thing"
everyone should be able to have fast sneak speeds.
the current sneak speeds are Way too slow. feels like we are crawling around in the mud! and im a vampire with all the passives including the 7 piece medium armor passives and all speeds passives possible.
please increase our sneak speeds for everyone.
