How do I buy the game on the ESO site??

I'm logged in to the site and I click the BUY NOW button at the top right.
It takes me to the Buy now page. It asks me the edition, the country I'm from, which platform and where to buy. For the PC, standard Morrowind edition in the UK it gives me 2 options, ESO Store or Steam.
I select the ESO Store.
It then displays the description of the standard edition and a BUY NOW button on that page. I press it and it takes me to the ESO Store. I see the edition I want and there is just a More Information button over it. I select it, and I'm back to the description page with the BUY Now button on there.
It's a loop. It never actually offers me the chance to actually buy it.
I'm thinking thinking its a bug as my girlfriend presses it and she gets the billing information page.
Anyone else having these issues?
