Not really. The boxes you can farm from normal pve zones
The motif's are personal but you can buy them off other pvpers.
You can get all the AP vendor weekly items from open world. Monster helm, only thing is the weekly jewellery here is gold.PS4 EU DC

By the 30 days = more thing he means theres a leaderboard with people total ap that campaign.
In 30 day ones you of course have longer to increase it than 7 days.

Gonna jump in for a bit tonight, on a Templar who I'm not sure is gonna be great but my alt, a pvp stam nightblade has been at level 11 for about 4 weeks as I just cba levelling up
