PvP-Event not so bad like many say!

Yesterday i came back from holiday and i was going to cyrodiil. Today i allready played some hours too. Ok, i agree with some problems, short queue (or longer for example on Vivec) and lags in bigger fights or when a large group fights near.
The problem with Vivec is selfmade in my opinion. That guys dont need to wait in a queue 500+..
I could join my maincampain Shor after 10-15min waiting with 80queue. Before i could join another campain.
I really need to say, that i cant understand why there only threads about the frustration about this event. ZOS was bad prepared, they should start a PvP event directly with more server and they should experienced enough to know that.. I think 1 more for non CP and 1 more for CP should be possible together with this 2 new ones.
In Total The fights makes really fun, they revived the PvP server and everywhere is action. There are not only this experienced and organised groups, where you need the same to beat them. For Guys, who just want to enter cyrodiil to have a bit fun, its really good. Not all is bad, the ground idea of the event was a good one. I really like it

✭✭✭✭✭I don't have much issues with lag or anything either, only when there are like 20 siege weapons on both sides and it's a three way battle between three large groups or even more then one group per faction.
Overall as a PVE player only, coming to Cryo was not terrible and earns some nice XP.Hoping for more playable races.
I just want werewolf to be viable in endgame PvE T.T (which not allowed according to PTS update 50)0 -

✭✭✭The event itself is great and I'm accumulating quite a few cold fires, tel var, etc. It's also nice to get some more people interested in pvp.
My problem with the event is the servers and lag. After waiting through a 3 hour queue it was just unplayable due to lag. I ended up switching campaigns so i cant play with my friends and will lose my gold rewards which are going to be useless now anyway since the golden is selling all the gold jewelry now.
I still experienced some lag in the new campaign, but nothing like it was in vivec. It was nice to play in a campaign that didnt have 40 man zergs and reminded me of the good ole days xD

resdayn00✭✭✭Me, as a PvE player got really surprised by PvP. I never really liked PvP content in any games, not even here, but since I wanted to do the achievements, I got myself into it and I have to say, It can be so much fun. I modified my build a bit, crafted another set, modified my ability bar so I could stand a chance. After just a few hours of getting around, I started a group, managed to find enough players so that it was full and the action started. I was communicating with 2 other group leaders and we constantly shared info and helped each other. 2 groups came together and we decimated DC keeps and gates and secured an elder scroll. During that I managed to land a killing blow on a Grand Overlord. After that we managed to fend off attacks on our keeps and then captured a few new ones. Overall I think it's great, even if you aren't as competent as some veteran players. It requires a completely different overview of your class so it's refreshing as well.PC EU - Ebonheart Pact
