Cyrodil queues across characters - exploit/bug instant access

OK so the queues are mad at the moment and several times I have logged off and quit game during queue. Then several hours later, I log in to my char and instantly it says access to Vivec available. This has happened several times. Also if I queue on a char, change to an alt then play for an hour, its the same thing when i log to my original. Instant access again.
Clearly this is a bug, but also having multiple characters and offline accounts somehow stuck in queue cant be helping the situation. Especially if there position is held for several hours whilst offline.

Caim12✭✭I cannot enter Vivec campaing. It writes that im already queued in campaing but im not queued. Tried all.0 -
anfmofo✭✭✭its still happening, basically people go to bed at night and just before logging off they start queue. Then first thing in morning they log on and boom straight into cyro. All campaigns.
Loads of people are abusing it.
