Being as the battlegrounds achievement is bugged, is it pretty much impossible to get the new hat and title on console?

✭✭✭✭✭Zos has stated they are working on a fix. I think the ETA is Monday but I do not recall their actual wording.5

✭✭✭For now it is. I'm hopeful that at least one of my characters that got the achievement has proof that he also got another achievement proving the point.
