Pelinavant the Scourge achievement broken?

After winning a battle ground i go and check out the Midyear Madness achievement page and see that the Pelinavant the Scourge achievement has not unlocked for me, i thought at first that i might me mistaken and that we did not win, however i completed my quest for battle ground wins after having it been stuck on 2/3 for about a week or so and i got the mail that indicates that our team did in fact win. Is there something i am misunderstanding or is the achievement really just broken?

Yeah but I'm too busy getting DC'd and trying to get back into cyrodiil 6 times in the last 3 seconds to find the source, but it's here somewhere1 -

✭Same just completed it took 2 hours until I got the battleground achievement because I have never played battle ground and never want to again haha then I realise the mid year mayhem achievement is broken and not until Monday will here be a fix? Well I'm going to be missing out on he crown thingy ):"I appear at my lord's behest, or perhaps I was always here, and you merely lacked the ability to see me."
