Heey.. Why am I not allowed to change my userid? I wasn't even able to choose the userid.
Your support section seems to do everything to not help with my small issue..

✭✭✭✭✭I think they only allow changes when it's names relating to offensive material.
If you're on PC when you sign up it asks you to create your userid when you sign up, on console it takes you gamertag I believe.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

I do not remember being allowed to choose my userid.. Then again I signed up for the beta on pc which didn't even work for me.. So I decided not to get it for pc and then it came out for xbox and I bought it there.. Still not being able to actually choose my own userid.. My forum userid is my rl name which I kinda don't want to have as a userid. My login is my xbox account email and for the part of the website where you can make purchases and such, they've decided to put my xbox gamertag as the login..Edited by Madrr on July 21, 2017 8:21AM0 -

I started off from the console, got the notice and email about needing a zos account etc. Followed the email it generated and was able to make my own ID while also linking tag. Both are different.
At least that's what I remember, for all I know I could have made the account after it fussing at me, and then used some generated code, but pretty sure it sent an email for creation after launching.
I know I've seen/read those who got a random/weird forum name.0 -
