Why spend X amount of time waiting for a 15 minute match just to get the same amount of AP that I can earn taking over a resource?

It's like you're being punished playing BGs instead of zerging in Cyrodiil.

ap is a joke in bgs.. id also like to see them start giving Alchemy Stachels as rewards for the repeatable BG quests.
it very expensive to keep running crafted pots if you run Bgs non stop.

Hu? Some play BG for the fun or achievements atm and take the AP as a boni. I doubt that anyone really "jumps" into BG for that lousy rewards. But as lousy as they are, they are in line with the rewards of the worthy. Both too small in comparison to what I can earn while running wild in PvE. Hope they change that someday.

I completely agree, AP gains need a serious buff in BGs. I think that they really need more incentive to play like a rework of the daily quests and rewards gained. Also AP should be awarded for kills/assists/healing/medals won/objectives captured etc...

I get more than enough gold selling my impregnable gear drops to fund my terrible terrible potion addiction. BGs don't make as much AP as cyrodil but they make me far far more gold.
