Is lich bugged or mag regen capped?

Hey,
Im on console, so I cant test it for 100%.
Actually my mag regen is capped around 2400, I have 2100 base regen and get that, with lich it goes up to 3500 - but I still only get 2400 per tick.. Is there a cap or is lich bugged ob console?

✭✭It's worth remembering that what you see on your character sheet is actually your regen every two seconds, could that be the source of the discrepancy?
If not please submit a bug report with some info so the right team can get a look at it.

Torbschka✭✭✭✭@Paulington what exactly do u mean? I have 2k regen without lich, 3,5k with the proc (showing in Charakter sheet) - yet, the actual regen I get is 2,4k every 2 seconds, a disparicy between character sheet regen and actual of 1,1k.

Torbschka✭✭✭✭I can 100% confirm I dont get the 3,5k regen, I have also found a YouTube Video were some1 showing a build with lich and bis 4,2k regen and a guy in the comments also told him, that its bugged and capped at 2,4k regen

Reorx_Holybeard✭✭✭✭✭Are you in or out of combat when you hit the 2400 limit? The game uses 2 regen stats, one in combat which is displayed on your stats screen and a "hidden" out of combat one. Just curious which one might be causing the issue.Reorx Holybeard -- NA/PC

GaunterODim✭✭✭✭I experienced the same behavior when I was testing if this wouldve been good for my nightblade and because of this I didnt use lich. But by now I know that its just the case when youre out of combat.
Try it in combat and you should get the actual regen on your recovery ticks.0 -

✭Sounds like you are watching the out of combat regen which is a stat of its own and only displayed for pc users with add-ons.
