Can we change campaigns for free regularly over the event

I ask this because they put strict guidelines a while ago so people would be more 'loyal' to campaigns. But if my campaigns have a 400 queue timer then I change to a less populated one, won't it cost 100k AP, or get the message about how I cannot change for X amount of days.

Would like to know as well. Home is Vivec but not changing that but last night added Shor as Guest but it was worse than Vivec with disconnects and lag.
Can I change to the new campaigns as Guest or will I have to wait?0 -
