While lag and long queues are an issue, the overall game is fun. Lots of folks - plenty of reds and blues for me to shoot. Yeah. I'm digging that.

And those little yellow boxes are so much better than the traditional rewards for the worthy. There's stuff in their I can actually use - flowers, siege. Yep. I'm liking that too.

Double AP is nice, as it's pulling in the other players. I don't care one way or the other, as I've got more than enough AP to get what I want at the Golden.

Just keep sending those blueberry muffins, cause they go great with strawberry jam.

I agree 100%... super fun, rewards are cool, double AP...
lag and crashes are the only real negative to this whole event.

I was speculating zos was trying to dump the cross faction group pop cap mercenraries, or at least identify them for bans.

Or the elf ex machina revolted due to genocide veneration.

Was on last night in non-vet campaign. For a while it was really something. Large groups on the move in all factions. Huge fights with lots of action. I was running a healer and playing a support role and it was cool to see multiple domes going up around siege. It felt a lot more like a big battle than it has in a long time. All the while I was marveling at how smooth everything was running. Almost like when the game first came out. Lots of fun!

And then....

Groupfinder issues and lag came to ruin the fun. But I got about an hour of good solid fun in before it got weird. If Zeni could sustain the good stuff and get rid of lag and group finder issues for longer periods of time, PvP would be rockin'!

Oh, it's a blast, when you're not lag spiking and crashing. I like the event, but I don't like that they didn't prepare for it.

I agree, I didn't know about BG dailies from Vvardenfell, found that out thru a guildie

Its got loads of my PVE mates to try PVP, and my PVP mates to try Battlegrounds, and also NON-CP servers and realise they aren't so bad.

Good job, tho I'd prefer a few more goodies in the boxes but that's greed!

Taking a break from PVE is great, no matter if Cyrodiil or battlegrounds or duelling, variety is key.

My experience on PC EU as well. I took both my under 50's for a spin due to the queue, and I have to admit their were some epic moments. A 45-minute Battle Royale for Alessia was the crowning moment, haven't had that much fun since GW2.

I took a break, grabbed another character and switched to another Alliance (at that point things were fairly even on the map) - from there it went down hill, some very toxic and salty remarks were made by certain pro pvp'ers (right you're in under 50 go back to Vivec, oh wait you can't) ~ I'm hoping the non-regular guys won't take the experience as a bench-mark, and I hope once the event is over they'll continue to pvp ~ and then as you said performance degraded, culminating in repeat endless loading screens. At that point I logged back in, said good bye in zone chat and called it a night.
