Now now don't get mad this is only a little opinion but don't you think ESO+ members should be refunded with time every time servers are down or maintenance happens? Just a thought..

    Not for scheduled maintenance - without maintenance the game will grind to a halt eventually.

    Agree on the concept of some compensation or 'gift' for unscheduled downtime but only over a certain amount of time.
    Australian on PS4 NA server.
    Everyone's entitled to an opinion.

    How about.. we pay real money, to be converted into some kind of online in-game currency. Then, we pay for storage, a place to live, food and drink, transportation... wait a minute.....!

    Scheduled maintenance no. But all continual crashes and disconnects.. yes. They need to focus on upgrading their hardware and fixing errors before worrying about another Mediocre dress or overpriced land drop motif in crown store. They don't seem to realize how much potential sales they lose from people who can't stand the endless junk servers. If they actually invested in getting the game to run properly they would make more money all around. Unfortunate that game with such potential fell into the hands of such a poorly managed company.

    I'd prefer in game loots instead of pennies. Eso+ is only .50 a day.

    @Thuggsie I agree with what you say, but I do think ZOS is going the right path and doing a good job so far.

    @Sarato. I'll agree they are finally listening in terms of game balance improvements and such though they still have too many issues balancing things between pve/pvp. But they have shown little to no effort on the general performance end. There are no signs they have upgraded their hardware since release which means it's way behind. The massive lag and constant disconnects are long term issue they have made very little if any progress on. I just can't see how anyone can think ignoring such massive flaws is functional model. If they got the servers behaving as they should and fixed the numerous long term issues, their potential to earn only goes up. I hope they will continue moving in a better direction as the next big update suggests gamewIse, but they are actively player base potential everyday they leave their servers in shambles.

    LOL, I am sure if a ZOS employee went to a restaurant and ordered a steak and they got served bologna they wouldn't ask for compensation now, would they?

    That's an even better idea. I don't care about .50/day. How about ZOS contributes .02 per active ESO+ member to charity for every hour the servers are down?

    Just my 2 cents... :)

    Entirely different situation. ZOS or any customer is not paying a subscription to eat the restaurant's food.

    Regardless...let me know how the compensation thing is going. I'm sure so far you have received zero and tomorrow will receive zero.

    This has been brought up multiple times, but the fact is you agree to the terms. The terms clearly state their is no guarantee of service or amount of server uptime. They don't have to respond to these request, because they are moot.

    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    They have known about the lag in cyrodiil ever since the Imperial city came was released. They have made improvements but we still dc and have lag when there are zergs.

    Funnel all of eso into cyrodiil and guess what? The game is broken.

    Trion does that. I have a sub for Rift and whenever they had server issues, they'd credit up to 3 days game time.
