"Inquisitor" style- suggestions wanted!

Hey everyone! I'm trying to come up with an "inquisitor" style (much like a detective) for one of my characters. Is there any motifs that have a trenchcoat appearance? I looked up ESO Fashion and the closest styles are Wormcult robe (I believe that's Ebon) and Mercenary robe.
