I do not think someone who gets kicked from a group should endure a penalty but anyone who leaves by their own accord, for any reason, should be penalized.
I understand your point but when I'm in a painful party like from the 1st trash group they die multiple times why would I continue with them? Or if I can see that the DPS is bloody low, what is the point to encounter even the 1st boss? Talking about normal and vet dungeons also. When I'm tanking I can decide it really fast that the party is any good or horrible. I usually give a chance to anyone and after everyone died from the 1st or 2nd boss 2-3 times I just leave. Why would I want to make my dungeons painfull and longer than it should? Most of the people don't even know the basic mechanics. Sorry but I don't want to make a 15 minutes dungeon last 1 hour. Happened couple of times.
I don't have problem finding a party as a Tank. As a DD it's a different story. Atleast 30 mins lets say. This group finder must be the 1st priority. Needs a complete rework to be honest.

Well, if you are willing to give them 15 minutes of your time, then there is no problem, right? Because your 15 minute cooldown starts counting from the minute you enter the dungeon.
There is no way to solve the problem of longer queues for DPS because everybody and their mother queues as DPS, whereas tanks and healers are lacking.
I tend to queue as healer for that reason, and I also do decent DPS when healing, particularly on my NB, so that helps with the group progress as well.

That's a good point. However this Broken que system really needs to be fixed. Tried to do a dungeon last night after 45 mins que pops I go to accept it fails then said I had to wait 15 mins.
I would say move to 5 mins until fixed then back to 15
This, to stop tank or healer to surf for random+daily+ high cp group.Giles.floydub17_ESO wrote: »
And this is part of the reason we have the 15 minute penalty. It's good he should have to wait that long to queue again. Lol. Serusouly.

Yeah except when they get wiped from the 1st trash group after 2 minutes or doing aweful damage. Then I'll probably end up with 12-13 mins penalty. Way too high. Make it 10 atleast but I'll prefer 5.
I recon for some dungeons need some level, champion points criteria. Especially for DLC dungeons and the 2nd parts.

Not long ago Tank and DPS had quit a normal Fungal Grotto 2 because second DPS refused to kick me (34 lvl Templar healer). Then we've got new Tank and DPS and they had quit on first trash group when I've got really bad lag and we all wiped.
Finally, we've got another Tank and DPS and our run was good and fast with no wipes.
So, 15 minutes for those first couple and for second couple of rage-quit'ers is fairly enough, if you ask me.
At 5 minutes it would be pointless.

TBH, 15 minutes isn't that big a deal either. I gladly leave groups all the time for varying reasons.
