ESO Plus, Change Monthly plan and get the crowns?

I bought the 1 month plan, then i cancel it (I still have 27 days). Now i want to get a 60 Day Plan and get the crowns, if i change the plan, will i get the 9,000 crowns (and i mean like, right now, not later)?

The 60 day plan wont be charged until the initial 30 day plan expires, and you would get the crowns for the 60 day plan at that time.
