How does VMA feel FOR YOU after patch?
Sustain problems? Anything special u changed in your build that made it easier for you?
A new gear set in testing that gave u a sense of advantage? CP redistribution?

Thank you ! Do you use a specific known build or just something you made ? I'm using this build and I couldn't complete at all vMA this week ... :(my pet damage is so low that I got mad and actually I cancelled my ESO+ sub). Maybe I could find a better spec (I'm full yellow necro with spinner's, both 5/5).

but still - standard 5 necro body, illambris monster, willpower jews and VMA staff and just heavy attack to victory...

That many BiS items in 100 hours is unbelievably good RNG. There are people nearing 1000 runs with nothing.

I got my highest scores ever after morrowind with my mag sorc and mag warden. Finally got flawless on my mag sorc. i dont care that flawless is easy to get on a mag sorc, i was very psyched to earn the title at 550 cp.

I noticed i put out more dmg but yea, sustain issues. Dark exchange for the win

3 sharpened inferno, 1 sharp lightning, 1 sharp 2h, precise and infused axe, sharp dagger, infused bow. Just need sharp bow and ill probably be done with maelstrom unless infused and precise are the new meta for HotR, then farming till i get staves in those traits...

Dual bomb? lol, you tried vma under 200 cp? must have been rough.

I too have gotten my best score since Morrowind. Just pay attention to your sustain and you're good. I feel like I put out more damage than before and the need to sustain resources has forced me to work out an actual rotation. I've gotten a little bored with my pet build and came up with a good old fashioned elegant+overload build and have been blazing through it with that too. Sorcs still have it easy

I've cleared it three times per week since Morrowind release on 2 magblades. No change other than "slot some ****ing regen and weave in a heavy (or get the killing blow with staff attacks).

No changes, still easy.

MagDK lightning staff heavy attack build is still easy as pie.

Adjusted build only for my magplar for more sustain.

Vengeance of the Leech is quite good for VMA and grinding...

It's not that bad right now. I'm going through my first clear as a stam sorc, one of the harder classes to do so. And I've got to the last stage with relative ease. Mag classes should be pretty easy. Plus we're getting a slight buff to resources and a big buff to crit so should be a small help.

I never attempted it before Morrowind but am trying it now on a 450 stam sorc and almost got it down...the last phase of the last boss keeps getting me but I think I'll get it eventually.

I definitely wouldn't say it's 'easy' and am worried it might get harder with the sharpened nerf...

It actually won't. vMA is one of, if not the only, places left in the game where the mobs don't have the 18k resistances across the board. I believe the final boss actually has about 9k resist?

I got a new computer shortly have morrowind and found the arena easier just do to the fact that the game runs much better now for me. I finally got first flawless run after the patch and it was on a stamplar no less, so honestly i dont think its much harder at all.

I have done it on Stamblade,Magblade,Magsorc Stamsorc and stamdk this patch with no issues even did it with different CP amount so I can help talk other people through it and tell lower CP players where to put there CP.Only time I would say it was harder this patch is when DW was broken on Console and you couldn't medium weave.So you had to do full heavy attacks which lower your time.

I still go full damage on all my gear run the same gear just use dubious throne food now.
