Werewolf Question

The WW form is like what 30-40 secs.

So all the WW active abilities like Pounce, Hircine's Bounty, Roar, Howl, Claws etc are usable only during the 30-40 secs...am i right ?

yes, but WW transform can be extended in many ways...

With the passives unlocked, WW form can be maintained indefinitely quite easily as long as you don't run out of enemies to kill and eat.

Pretty sure there's a vid up on youtube with a werewolf clan running vet trials and dungeons in WW form and never running out.

SO what are all the tricks for extending?

Also can you adjust the skills on the WW in anyway, or do you have to be in WW mode to do it (like Overload?) I normally slot heals etc on the same button.

Have 1 stam toon I want to roll WW with more for fun than anything but despite having decent gear, vMA weapons etc I don't have much success with him yet.

I've focued gear on cheap Ulti cost to transformer faster to level it at the mo - Salvation / Potientes / Blood Spawn

and ww isn't like overload,it doesn't give you a '3rd' bar,just the ww skill bar while in xform

When you start your werewolf journey keeping it up is hard. But when fully build, you shouldn't have too much trouble.

The passives Call of the Pack and Devour are a great help for keeping it up. For more, upgrade pounce to feral pounce. You'll miss out on some damage from brutal pounce, but it increases your timer by 1-4 seconds if you use from at least 10m distance.

Take passives, eat enemies, stay in battle, group with other werewolfs - and it will be more than 30-40 seconds. I did some anchors alone in wolf form, and in group we did Aetherian Archive without losing form.

You can change the order of the skills on the bar, but you do need to be in form to do so. The easiest way to do this without having to fight the timer is to change skill order while near a shrine of Hircine.

Yeah, I saw that too, they never came out of ww form

Yeah, I think my record's only about two hours, without passives purchased. But, that's more because I got bored, and accomplished what I set out to, when I initially transformed.
