Anyone receive them. I didn't and I log in every day and am a subscriber.

    They are not in your mail, you have to gin via the crown store and open crates there.

    You don't get a notification, you just open the khajiit up and he's smiling like death.
    Currently obsessed with battlegrounds. Spamming here between rounds. Sometimes, when forums are particularly good, I skip ballerina around*

    *autocorrected nonsense, but it sounds amusing enough to me that I've taken up ballet

    Sorry, I am at work so I can't tell you specifically the correct path. But if you go into the crown store, there is another icon right next to it that is for opening crown crates. They do not come in your in game mail.

    You have to open the crown crate window to see them. They aren't in mail/inventory/notifications.

    It's one of the icons in the menu. F3 key on PC I think.
