✭Sorry, I am at work so I can't tell you specifically the correct path. But if you go into the crown store, there is another icon right next to it that is for opening crown crates. You have to open the crown crate window to see them. They aren't in mail/inventory/notifications.
It's one of the icons in the menu. F3 key on PC I think.
