Or heal occurs only if disorient was done ?

Untrue. Thankfully you get the heal even if dot breaks it.
The skills is already bad, I am not sure I could handle this not working right...
The rest is obviously right, if you cannot apply disorient you will never be able to heal. You also dont get heal if target dies before disorient ends.Edited by SodanTok on July 18, 2017 10:59PM0
