As title, looks like your game got a little more broken today.
EP has had Emp for around 4 hours now, and yet no Emp bonus showing.
Apparently DC (the previous Emp Alliance) still has the bonus - not verified that myself, but someone in chat says that they have???

✭✭✭✭If that's true, then they'll just leave it the way it is because the DC emp was playing the "right way" all night. Destro Ult with gap closer spam. I wouldn't be surprised to see ZOS reward Eye + Immovable + Gap close with perma-emp.0 -

Quite right. At least proxy det is balanced (requires more enemies). Last night there were so few of us that emp was using destro ult and gap close against one or two enemies. It was a no win situation. 18k ticks against my tank.0 -
