I opened my 5 free crown crates and this is what I got...

Because of my terribad track record with RNG, I picked my "luckiest" character to open the free crates (my Stam DK).

That seemed to pay dividends -- one dwarven mount and zero nix hound pets. See below.

The trash consumables and draugr motif I was able to convert to crown gems ... to purchase the magenta-rainbow hairstyle which my Magicka Warden kind of likes.

If you're reading this and haven't opened your crates yet, a piece of advice: Try using your luckiest character to open the free crates.

I opened mine and got a hair style I rather like (and some repeats of things including a guar mount). I had opened quite a bit already in hopes of finding my sweet baby sweetroll, so I wasn't really expecting to be wow'd since I would likely dupe alot. Sadly, no sweetroll. But, I have no complaints, free stuff for logging in, what's not to like!

I got nothing, my mailbox was full, yes I PvP plus I do sell stuff and mail piles up when I can't sell everything ASAP. Emptied my mail, relogged and still NOTHING...
Sent in a ticket, I am so disappointed!
Oh and the MAIN reason the mailbox was full? STUCK ON A LOAD SCREEN IN CYRODIIL and just force quit.

Ok, I wanted Elven Hero Armor, I got the Dwemervamidium mirage, the Dwemer puzzle orb, a green guar, 2 Dwemer brow shields (I already had one, so nothing), the tonal fork, Nedic armor, that stupid Nord/Swiss Miss looking braid hairsyle, and yes a nix hound along with tri pots, mimic stones, XP scroll, research scroll and poisons. Not a bad haul. Still want the Elven hero armor though.
IDK why I thought I would get crates in the mail... /sigh

Go to the crown crate menu, it'll fix your issue faster than a ticket.

From 5 crates I received:

-Green guar mount
-Dwarven camel mount
-Nix hound pet
-Dog pet (white and orange)
-Monocle accessory
-Memento dwarven armor
-Memento dwarven ball
-Various tri-pots, scrolls, mimic stones or other useless stuff which I converted for a total of 55 gems.

I'm pretty happy with the results, I was using my 3 years old Guar mount and now I can finally use a new mount (not the green guar lol)

Seems I got super lucky compared to a lot of people, but I still wouldn’t pay for Crown Crates of any sort. Here are the totals of everything I received in the 5 free crates (1 crate had a 5th bonus card, which was the camel):

100 x Crown Lethal Poison
1 x Crown Mimic Stone
1 x Crown Soul Gem
10 x Crown Survivor’s Elixir
15 x Crown Tri-Restoration Potion

3 x Nix Hounds
1 x Dwarven Camel Mount
1 x Tuxedo Vvardvark
1 x Dwarven Visor Miter
1 x Crimson Garden Flower Hat

My son also had the 5 free crates, and got mostly potions, poisons, crown gems with a few collectables: the Nedric Duraki Armor, Dwarven puzzle ball, snood, the Dwarven Brow Shields, and one Nix-Hound. None of his had a 5th bonus card.

Wish I could trade the Camel and other collectibles for gems, but it seems I can only extract gems from the consumables. Oh well!

Not very lucky, but not the worst result:
- one nix-hound (in some previous crates received 0, but had it from crown store before);
- crown mimic stone
- crown gem stone (x3)
- crown tri-restoration potion (x4)
- crown lethal poison
- major crown crate experience scroll (13 gems!)
- crown lesson: riding speed (x2)
- Ashlander mabrigash travel wear (already have)
- crown warrior's elixir
- Nedic keptu armor

So, one new costume and 35 gems (+ mimic stone, I don't convert them right after).

2 Vigorous Tincture
some Tri-Restoration Potions (I have 20 now but could have had some earlier, I forget)

And in permanent items:
Green Narsis Guar
Dwarven Tonal Forks
Dwemeri Monocular Contrivance
Dwarf-Style Brow Shields
Anvil Sunset Eyeshadow
and I think 3 Puzzle Spheres that turned into gems due to my already having it from my Morrowind crate. At least 2 spheres for sure.

I screenshotted it all but it's a pain to upload to TinyPic so I figure just listing what I see in Inventory and Notifications will work well enough here.

Never bothered to buy a Guar before. Guess one of my alts will have to figure out how to ride one.

I got the Order of the Hour motif, which I had just began farming for, so that was very nice. Also the Dwarven brow accessory, the Dwarven tonal fork, the Dwarven Master Miter, the Clavicus Vile statue, and a Nix hound. Pretty happy with this outcome.

The rest of the stuff I exchanged for crown gems, and was able to use them to get the rest of the offerings I wanted from this crown season. I am just not a fan of the mounts this season. So I am set until next season.

I really hope this will become be something that is done every crown create season for ESO Plus subscribers. It really is a nice bonus, that adds more value.

I got the Vitrine wolf, the Dwemer eyebrows, and the Clavicus Vile furniture with some random garbage (which I turned into 40ish gems, enough for the white-gold eyeshadow I've been wanting).

Insanely lucky considerig RNGesus usually laughs at my pleas for good loot. I'll take it as karmic payback for buying the 5500 crown package once each for the past two crown seasons and getting nothing but absolute trash

Well I opened mine... was too irked to even take screenshots.
I didn't even get a nix hound, no pets or mounts at all. I got one costume, one of the draugr looking ones and that statue of the daedric prince. That was it besides a dupe monocole and a bunch of consumables.

Glad to see I'm not the only one disappointed with what I got. The only good thing I got was a soul gem and I already had 10 filled ones. Other than that I got a costume I'll ever use, health I don't need since I heal myself, Poison, and nix hound.

Using my luckiest character seemed to help, too (got a nice netch pet with it, plus the dwarven senche, after switching from an alt that wasn't having much luck). Makes me wonder if Crown Crate RNG is tied to character RNG, or if it's just coincidence...

5 crates I got 2 dwarves monocular and 2 dwarves puzzle orb. Bunch of Tristat potions, repair kit, gems and a mimic stone. I see no reason to buy any more of these with my crap luck.
