I'd just like to say first and foremost, that this type of build most likely wouldn't be viable for any end-game type activity like Vet DGNs or Trials, and is basically a role-play build. (But I'm sure someone would say that Breton isn't a good choice for stam)
So with that out of the way, do you remember the Breton Assassin from the cinematic trailers when ESO first came out? Now that we have the costume for it, what would be an ideal set-up for the character? Obviously he looks to be wearing a light hood, with mostly medium armor, and his weapons are bow, and probably DW bc he used throwing daggers and that's a DW skill. Equipment-wise, I think I have it figured out, but skills are what I'm missing. So my question to you is; what skills, armor, and stat allocations would you give a new Breton from him to become that Cinematic version?
Being that this IS an Elder Scrolls game, remember that not everything is based around end-game. Some people just like to make characters to have fun and not to challenge leaderboards or trials.
