Im just curious if she is present at any point after the broken bonds quest. On my first new character I met her and then for whatever reason I remember going to the governors office after I got off the boat and she wasnt there this time.

A lot of quests involve her in Ebonheart Questline. Also one quest in Kvatch involves bunch of characters from other questlines. She appears a lot.0
