Fed up of being ganked, or even 1vXed!!! Fear no more

Get your crew together and get down to Cold Harbour and grind out a set of Blessed gear. You will need a Robust Neck piece, chest,legs, and boots in sturdy, the other 5 piece set can be anything you choose. Want more killing power get 7th Legion,Automaton, or more sustain go Marksman, or one of the crazy Trial sets you name it and it will work. (Go 5hvy 2 medium, and as much sturdy as you can)

For jewellery enchants again go with what ever the hell you want, more block cost reduction, or weapon damage.

CP 75 into block reduction, 75 into healing 75 into healing received and the rest who the hell cares.

This build makes you tanky as hell and can even net you up to 4k weapon damage fully buffed, I spent hours and hours of theory crafting this set up, I was going to keep it a secret but I'm afraid my guild voted I show it to the masses.

Now heres some footage of the build in action, its not great and doesn't show any real skill as the build itself is doing all the work for me, but just imagine how OP it would be if say a small group of players was all running this with guard on each other, would be so fun right.

oh and before I go Lingering health pots, what ever monster set you want, and what ever mundus stone you want.

Just once I would like a tank DPS to walk up to a zerg, just ohkoing his way through casually, while procsets don't even scratch him

Mmm good in theory BUT one small flaw.

Meridia proc only shields 100% of damage.. from ONE player. If 3 start hitting you.. two are going to make contact.

Just watched. Holy #@&$ how are you getting Meridia to proc in 1 v X like that..

Reason I ask I've run it for some time on a Mag Blade annoyance Duelling build I have and it works exceptionally well.. but I never used it in Cyro because of the tooltip indicates 1v1 bias.

Might change it to one of my DK's now just for sh1ts n giggles

Is this working on a once every 10 seconds per player you block on, since they are the ones affected?

This is indeed a good question. Does the set works as a buff for you or a debuff for the enemy? Is the 10 second cooldown applied to the attacker??

Omfg it's back to being broken again. That is how the set used to work and they nerfed it hard. OP take that set into a trial and test it out. If it's working like that in cyro it should be working on trial bosses again.

Meridias Blessing is procing on ALL players, I tested the set out myself against mobs and yeah its crap in PVE because it will only proc on say 1 in a pack of 5, but in PvP every player can proc it.

Look at the video Im in 5 blessed on s&b bar only, paired with 7th Legion and Blood Spawn. Show me any tank in this patch that can take that damage without having 0 dps.

Since the changes last patch you can not sustain in a perma block typical Tank set up, but when people only have a 5 second window to do damage to you, its why Im able to stay close to 100% hp all the time.

There are players who have been running this for ages and claiming they are gods and that it was due to hours upon hours of theory crafting, but thats just bull, its simply down to this broken set, that clearly needs to be fixed.

I don't know what to tell you other than Ive used this set since 1 tamriel dropped and it only works on 1 person per time. This must be a bug for you since it still only works on 1 person for me.

Note: after watching the video its tough to tell if this is simply a DK block build or if it procs on everyone. With sword and board ult, sturdy, and the right build you block for ages without meridias. 7Th legion procs keeping your HP up while silencing 1 target is also helping you. I didnt see the meridias sparkle on multiple targets up close either.

Ok I used 5 Impregnable 5 Legion 2 BS, I die in seconds to what I show in the video, I swap to 5 Blessed and boom.

Ill test on ps4 today. Im pretty sure it isnt broken, with the right set up you can stillnget your block cost down to next to nothing. There was a in depth write up about it a few weeks ago.

It's not an "exploit" this is how the set used to function back when it was only obtainable at levels 40-49. You actually could tank vet trials with it. Before 1T came out they reworked it to not function like this (some group trolled vmol with it pretty early on) would appear that those changes got reverted in Morrowind somehow. It was only a hotfix in the 1st place and they are known to rollback from time to time.

Tested on Ps4, does not stack against multipe people. Jumped into plenty of zergs on my stamplar. I didnt use shield wall but wore 7th and BS. I dont think its broken, just a product of your particular build using a Dk with spell wall and ult gen and block cost reduction.

Just my 2 cents.

I also tested it last night. redguard stamdk 5pc meridia, 2pc infernal, 5pc seventh legion.. pc Na. Identical bar setup.

Could not get meridia to proc on more than one person either. It was a good build but definitely couldn't do the wacky things in OP video.
