Dungeons:
Ruins of Mazzatun for example the monsters can follow you through doors.

How? Someone in your party gets agro while someone else passes through the door entering the next area. Instead of dropping heat the monster will then also follow you through the door.

Not sure if this is intended or not but makes for funny randoms queues.

Trials:
Noticed alot of monsters in trials that like to clip into walls or spaces where you can not reach them, however they are still able to attack you.
