game won't save keybinding

i've noticed that since the last "patch" the keybindings for one of my chars won't be saved at all and for the other the alternative bindings won't be saved. so every time i log in with this one char i have to redo my keybindings again, which is utterly annoying as you can imagine.

Jerkling✭✭✭✭got contacted by customer support, in the end they referred me to the ingame bug report system. i've reported the "bug" as i was asked to and after roughly 2 weeks i got a mail thanking me for playing ESO and asking me to take a survey. nothing since...
